Submit your Notice of Intent for the 2023/24 CUES Fund

As an initial step, all co-applicants are required to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) with a brief description of their proposed project to confirm their eligibility. The NOI is for administrative purposes only. It is non-competitive and will not be evaluated. Everyone who meets the eligibility requirements and submits an NOI will be invited to submit a full application.

Before drafting the NOI, co-applicants are encouraged to review the CUES Fund webpage and applicant guide, work together to confirm their eligibility, and discuss and refine the shared project. Please do not submit an NOI without first consulting with and gaining approval from your co-applicant!

Responses to questions in the NOI may be prepared in advance (you can access a list of questions here), then copied and pasted into the web form below. Additionally, any content submitted to the below form can be saved and shared with your project team at any time by clicking ‘Save and Continue Later’ at the bottom of the page.

After submitting an NOI, both co-applicants will receive a confirmation email with a copy of their submission. If there are issues with eligibility, CUES program staff will reach out to you within 5 business days.

All NOI forms must be submitted by September 22, 2023. Eligible co-applicants will be invited to submit a full application no later than September 25, 2023.
