Each box lunch is complimentary. Ingredients and dietary details are listed below. Catering for this year’s conference will be provided by Tayybeh, a women-led social enterprise that supports Syrian and Middle Eastern newcomer women chefs.

Crispy Cauliflower with Tahini Sauce Meal — zesty cabbage salad, rice, and hummus. (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free)

Beef Kebab Wrap Combo — parsley, onion, sumac, pickles, and tahini, served with hummus dip and pita chips. (Nut-Free, Halal, Dairy-Free)

Chicken Shawarma Wrap Combo — pickles and garlic sauce, served with hummus dip and pita chips. (Nut-Free, Halal)

Halloumi Wrap Combo — mint and oregano, served with hummus dip and pita chips. (Vegetarian, Nut-Free)

Falafel Wrap Combo — parsley, cabbage, tomato, and pickles with tahini, served with hummus dip and pita chips. (Vegan, Nut-Free)
